FAQ’s

• Is this a chain gym? No! We are a fully independent gym not connected to any other gyms.

• What are your hours? The facility is 24 hours for those that are members. Our office hours to get a membership or to tour the gym are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

• Do y’all accept silver sneakers? We are not currently partnered with Silver Sneakers

• What does your gym offer? Our gym is a 7,200 square foot facility that has free weights, machines, cardio equipment, a turf area and a studio. Soon to come is also a sauna and a pickleball court/half-court basketball court.

• Do you have childcare? We do not have childcare.
